    5/5 stars because this place is so good! I've been to a good amount of AYCE bbq places but this one is by far my favorite. They offer great quality meats and many side dishes. A few of our favorite meats are their brisket, short ribs, the hanger steak and their soy shrimps. We always order their vegetables as well to balance out the meal. Service is always friendly and quick. The staff is always offering to take our order, fill up our drinks and change our grill. I feel like this place is a hidden gem because we always get seated with little to no wait unlike other AYCE bbq places.. plus the food is top tier in my books. Highly recommend!

    We reserved for a Friday night, but surprisingly it wasn't crowded at all! It was nice that it wasn't poppin' cuz that meant we could more easily flag down staff. Staff were very attentive and accommodating, especially when it came to changing grills and initiating meat orders. Our table of five had only one grill, but we had a system to grill enough meat and distribute them evenly so no one was waiting. The vent above our grill didn't seem to work, as it wasn't drawing in smoke. We didn't bother telling staff about it because we've already started eating, and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be able to fix it while we were still dining there. And because it was so hot outside, it felt a little stuffy inside, even though they had a side door open. The AC didn't kick in until we were nearly done, oh well. We went with the cheapest menu, and there's a QR code on the edge of the table to bring up the menu on your phone. My favorite proteins were brisket, beef belly, and shrimp. The rest of the group liked the marinated hangar steak and marinated bone-in short rib, but I wasn't really a fan because of their sweet flavors. Pork cheek and thinly sliced pork belly were also just ok for me. The sides/appetizers were enjoyable, like the fried chicken and truffle fries. My single-scoop cookies and cream ice cream was a very tasty palate cleanser! We all loved how light and satisfying the ice cream was at the end of our AYCE meal.

    Shinobu AYCE JBBQ is underrated. My friend has been coming here for years and she always raves about it. I've been here twice now & both experiences have been consistent. There's never really a wait, the service is excellent, and the food is great. Lots of parking too. The sides are on the more garlicky side which I am definitely in favor of. The free ice cream at the end is whatever but I'm here for the food, not dessert.

    We made reservations here for about 5:30 pm on a Sunday. When we arrived, there weren't many people inside so we were seated fairly quickly. They have a QR code for the menu and you can choose from 3 menus. Silver, gold and platinum. They also add $5 for weekends to the price of AYCE. We got the gold since I know my kids were going to want a lot of the appetizers that weren't included in silver. Silver started at about $34.99 then it went up about $10 for each tier. Plus it was a weekend so it was an extra $5 each. Inside was very clean and service was top notch. We never had any issues with waiting on servers for more food. They explained the menu well and did a great job keeping waters full and brining out food and appetizers. The meat was very delicious. My favorite was the beef short rib. You can only get 2 orders per person so we ordered that every time. The appetizers were very unique and really tasty. Everything we tried was soo good. The appetizers were great, we loved all the shrimp options which isn't available at normal kbbq spots. I also really enjoyed the pork katsu. It was crispy yet very moist inside. It's a great spot and I'm glad I was able to try this place out. If you are ever in the area, give this place a try!
